Do I have to be fit to do CrossFit?

The answer is No, we specific on ramp classes for beginners, Everything here will be scaled to your needs. Even if you have never exercised we will cater for you. Get you moving safely and correctly. Over the course of the onramp classes your fitness and technical ability will progress rapidly. Each Coach will give you all the time you need to get the movements right
