Hands up if you want to get the most out of your training longterm ? From experience, we can tell you, the basics done really well will beat that cool looking training/ workout/ movement every time.

People generally see a lack of progress by trying to progress to quickly through to the ‘cool’ stuff. The basics down well have the best longterm carry for that ‘cool’ movement !

CrossFit Nidus is a training facility which put Coaching at the front of everything we offer. Our Team will initially offer a 121 consultation to discuss training history, injuries, lifestyle behaviours and reasons surrounding the desire to get fitter.

This allows the Team to build a blueprint and road map to get started on.

Our clients vary, from new mothers to mountaineers, from office workers to frontline staff - there is simply no pre-requisites outside the desire to apply yourself each week inside & outside the facility. ‘Move,live, Strive’

We would appreciate your attention and action - the industry is ready to open safely and is in dire financial need. We cannot and must not be confused with the traditional leisure sector - we are an entirely different model. Also copied in on this email is Ollie Mansbridge, from CrossFit Inc, who will be able to explain just how different our model is to the David Lloyd style facility with which you may be more familiar.
