At CrossFit Nidus, we pride ourselves in understanding that everybody has different aims in their fitness journey; this is why we have developed a range of membership packages for our members to choose from. We offer personal training with our professional coaches at £45 per session, or £400 when purchased in blocks of ten.

We welcome all to join us for a complimentary introductory session to meet our professional coaches and community.
For those who have undertaken their complimentary introductory session and want to explore other aspects of CrossFit before joining, we offer the option for guests to drop-in and experience any of our classes.
Our standard membership package is perfect for you if you are beginning your CrossFit journey.
Three classes per week allow your body to begin adapting CrossFit and begin achieving your individual goals.
Our unlimited membership package comprises of unlimited classes; it is designed for individuals who are serious about CrossFit and have a passion for becoming influential within the community at CrossFit Nidus.
CrossFit Nidus offers personal training sessions based out of our Stonehouse location. Our personal training sessions are completely tailored to you and your fitness goals. We have very experienced coaches who can design a programme with an emphasis on anything from general fitness, weight loss (including nutrition advice), to sport-specific strength and conditioning.
You might be looking for some PT sessions to kick start a new fitness regime, or you may be looking for some sessions to dip your toe in the CrossFit water – or you may be looking for a longer term regular PT programme. We currently have clients that fit all of those categories and more, so whatever you’re looking for, the chances are that our coaches have it covered.
Based in our fully equipped facility, your PT session workouts are based on the type of things that we do in our CrossFit classes – to not only give you a taste of what CrossFit is all about but also to provide an exhilarating workout that drives results for specifically for you. Please note, however, that we do not have a one-size-fits-all approach – your PT sessions may look very different to CrossFit if your coach believes that’s what will get you to your goal faster.
Our in-house CrossFit coaches undertake all our personal training sessions, so you can be sure your personal training sessions will be time & effort well spent.
